At the company headquarters
You can pick up the vehicle for FREE at the ŠIMOCAR office at Matičná 136/59, 040 17 Košice, Slovakia
At the airport
We can bring your vehicle to the following airports for a fee:

FAQs
Natural person (citizen of SR): ID, Driver’s license valid for at least 2 years, payment card
Natural person (foreigner): Passport, Driver’s license, credit card
Legal entity: Extract from Bussiness regiter, ID and Driver’s license of the vehicle driver. The manager or an authorized person based on a mandate or order.
When paying in cash, the client pays the agreed rental amount + deposit for the vehicle, which will be returned in full after handing over the undamaged and refueled vehicle. The amount of the deposit depends on the type of vehicle.
When paying by card via a mobile POS terminal, we will block the rent and deposit on the account. After returning the undamaged vehicle, payment will be made and the deposit will be released.
After selecting all parameters – date and time of taking over – returning the vehicle or additional services, the total rental price with VAT will be displayed at the end of the order form. The vehicle is picked up and returned with a full tank.

Vehicles are fully insured throughout the EU.
In the event of an accident caused by you, you will pay from €250 to €500 depending on the type of vehicle/ unless otherwise agreed in the contract/ or for damage over €3,500, a maximum of 10% of the damage. If the accident is not caused by you, you do not pay any fees, but the culprit must be known and the police must be called.
